Mr. Rex William Loudermilk Jr, 32, of Jackson, passed Aug. 4, 2012 at Emory University Medical Center. William was born in Atlanta; he graduated from South Gwinnett High School and was a member of South Gwinnett Baptist Church. William enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, hunting, being outdoors, cooking, and was very artistic.
Survivors are his mother and stepfather, Deborah and Gary Smith; father and stepmother, Rex and Pam Loudermilk; siblings, Jason, Joseph, Amy and Christy; grandmothers, Barbara Sullivan and Opal Wooten; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug. 10 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church, 992 Mount Bethel Road McDonough, Ga. 30252, (770) 957-4229, with the Rev. Alex Stroud officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church in William’s memory.
