Roy Ellis Veal, Jr., 51, entered into rest on Monday, Aug. 6, 2012. Mr. Veal was born on June 6, 1961, in Taipei, Taiwan. He attended Christ Chapel Warner Robins Campus and was a member of Celebrate Recovery at Southside Baptist Church. His parents, Roy Veal, Sr., and Marjorie Dickson Veal, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his daughter, MaCayla Veal Bird (Matthew), Demorest, Ga.; daughter Jordan Veal, Panama City, Fla.; son Trae Veal, Panama City, Fla.; granddaughter Charlotte Bird, Demorest, Ga.; sister Christine Hoskins (Scott), Bonaire; and Sherry Veal, Panama City, Fla..
Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 10, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with private interment following in First Baptist Church Cemetery, Locust Grove. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Celebrate Recovery, Southside Baptist Church, 1040 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, Ga. 31088.
