Q: What is the one thing you would like to accomplish, if elected to office?

A: I would like to expand the Fast Track Program, that I helped to establish, which allows offenders the opportunity to resolve their cases prior to grand jury by pleading guilty and being sentenced for their crimes, shortening the amount of time they are housed in the Henry County Jail and transitioning them into the state prison system.

Q: What one special experience do you have that you believe is beneficial to the position for which you are a candidate?

A: My experience as a Henry County police Officer provided me the first-hand knowledge I needed to understand how to properly investigate and prosecute a case.

Q: Do you support the opening of suspicious cold cases ?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the one thing you would like to accomplish, if elected to office?

A: I plan to establish a Domestic Violence and Crimes Against Children Unit within the District Attorney’s Office specifically designed to protect victims of domestic violence and child abuse.

Q: What one special experience do you have that you believe is beneficial to the position for which you are a candidate?

A: I believe that my extensive felony trial experience gained from prosecuting cases in one of the largest judicial circuits in Georgia combined with my managerial experience gained as a Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney will enable me to provide a high level of service to the residents of Henry County.

Q: Do you support the opening of suspicious cold cases ?

A: I support reviewing, investigating, and prosecuting suspicious cold cases as evidenced by a cold rape case I prosecuted which was covered on FOX 5 News and can be accessed on my website at: http://dariuspattillo.com/news/
