STOCKBRIDGE — Former Stockbridge City Councilwoman Kathy Gilbert withdrew her ethics complaint Monday against Mayor Lee Stuart.
Gilbert made the announcement just as a Citizens Ethics Board was about to resume deliberations in a hearing at City Hall. Gilbert told the committee that she didn’t believe they would be looking at the entirety of her complaint document but only the parts that were not objected to by the mayor.
Gilbert reserved the right to re-submit her complaint later. More information will be featured in Wednesday’s edition of the Henry Daily Herald.
