Here are some of the top high school football performances from last week:

Trae Bonner, Luella: The junior running back/defensive back had eight carries for 100 yards and a touchdown. He also had a reception for four yards and a kickoff return for 18 yards. On defense, he had four tackles and two sacks.

Malik Bryan, Stockbridge: The junior running back had 155 yards rushing on 21 carries as the Tigers defeated Woodland. He averaged 7.3 yards per carry in the subregion win.

B.J. Cash, New Creation: The quarterback/defensive back threw a touchdown pass and returned an interception for a touchdown in the Crusaders’ win against Griffin Christian.

Derrick Craine, Union Grove: The senior running back rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries in the Wolverines’ win against Mundy’s Mill.

Bradley Dewberry, Eagle’s Landing: The junior quarterback passed for 339 yards and three touchdowns on 17 of 25 passing, rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns and had two interceptions on defense in the Golden Eagles’ loss to Locust Grove.

Justin Drake, Locust Grove: The wide receiver had eight catches for 150 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Eagle’s Landing. He had touchdown receptions of 3, 22, and 9 yards.

Trent Earl, Stockbridge: The senior quarterback passed for 172 yards on 11 of 15 passes in the Tigers win over Woodland.

Dalton Etheridge, ELCA: The junior quarterback had two rushing touchdowns, including a 47-yard scoring run in a Region 5-A win over Strong Rock.

Zac Godwin, New Creation: The running back rushed for 208 yards and two touchdowns on 31 carries in the Crusaders’ win against Griffin Christian.

Keyante Green, ELCA: The senior running back/linebacker rushed for 36 yards and two touchdowns on four carries in a win over Strong Rock. He also had seven tackles in the region win.

Ricardo Green, New Creation: Green had two sacks for the Crusaders in their win against Griffin Christian.

Jared Hendricks, Luella: The senior quarterback passed for 90 yards on 10 of 15 passing in a win over Morrow. He also had four carries for 43 yards in the game.

Nigel Hughes, Stockbridge: The senior had three catches for 47 yards and two touchdowns in a subregion win over Woodland. He averaged 15.6 yards per catch in the win.

Tevin Jones, Luella: The senior defensive end had nine tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss, two sacks and a quarterback hurry in a region win over Morrow.

John Lewellen, Luella: The senior offensive tackle helped the Lions rush for over 200 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Morrow. The Lions offense averaged 6.6 yards per carry.

Michael Sims, Luella: The senior defensive tackle had 12 tackles, including five solo tackles in a Region 2-AAAAAA win over Morrow. He also had five sacks to set a single-game school record. He also blocked an extra-point attempt.

Maetron Thomas, Stockbridge: The junior had four carries for 77 yards and three receptions for 50 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Woodland.

Jevius Terry, ECLA: The senior returned an interception for a touchdown in a Region 5-A win over Strong Rock.

Greg Walker, Ola: The running back had 109 yards rushing and a touchdown in a subregion win over Forest Park.

Garrett Wallace, Locust Grove: The senior running back rushed for 145 yards on 18 carries in a come-from-behind win over Eagle’s Landing. He averaged eight yards per carry in the subregion win.

Nick Wells, New Creation: The sophomore wide receiver/defensive back caught an 83-yard touchdown pass and had two sacks for the Crusaders in their win against Griffin Christian.

Keenan Wise, Locust Grove: The senior quarterback rushed for 111 yards on 15 carries and a touchdown in a win over Eagle’s Landing. He also passed for 224 yards and three touchdowns in the come-from-behind subregion win.
