AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC. , dated November 30, 2017, recorded December 5, 2017, in Deed Book 15593, Page 284 , Henry County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Fifty-Five and 00/100 dollars ($134,055.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to Quicken Loans Inc., there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Henry County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2019, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 173 & 180, OF THE 7TH DISTRICT OF HENRY COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING LOT 5, OF RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 244, HENRY COUNTY RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
