NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF HENRY Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated January 26, 2007, from Kevin Hill and Katrina Maddox Hill to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Franklin Financial Corp., an OP. Sub. of MLB and T Co., FSB., recorded on January 31, 2007 in Deed Book 9945 at Page 315 Henry County, Georgia records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank National Association, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated January 26, 2007, in the amount of $155,920.00, and said Note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Henry County, Georgia, on February 4, 2020 the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 143 AND 146 OF THE 3RD DISTRICT OF HENRY COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AS LOT 104 OF COBBLESTONE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT OF SAME OF RECORD AT PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 172 THROUGH 174, HENRY COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS.
