Turner to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CBC National Bank (the Secured Creditor), dated May 12, 2017, and Recorded on May 23, 2017 as Book No. 11094 and Page No. 315, Henry County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $172,487.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, as last assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC. by assignment that is or to be recorded in the Henry County, Georgia Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Henry County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2022, the following described property: All that certain parcel of land situate in the City of Hampton, County of Clayton and State of Georgia bounded and described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 113 of the 5th District, Clayton County, Georgia, being Lot 18, Summer Gate at Stoney Creek Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, page 180, Clayton County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description.
