HICKS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOME STAR MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC dated February 6, 2004, filed for record March 1, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 6872, Page 177, HENRY County, Georgia Records, and as modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 13886, Page 231, HENRY County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING by assignment recorded in Deed Book 17082, Page 12, HENRY County, Georgia Records.
