NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER CONTAINED IN SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF Henry Pursuant to a power of sale contained in a certain security deed executed by Jason Turcyn, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Lenders of America, LLC recorded in Deed Book 15363, beginning at page 252, of the deed records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of the aforesaid state and county, and by virtue of a default under the terms of said security deed, and the related note, the undersigned attorney-in-fact for the aforesaid Grantor (which attorney-in-fact is the present holder of said security deed and note secured thereby) will sell at the usual place of conducting Sheriff's sales in said county within the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder on the first Tuesday in December 2019, all property described in said security deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 159 of the 12th District, Henry County, Georgia, and being 2.00 acres and shown and delineated as Lot 1 on a plat of survey for Harry McCord, by Larry G. Sibley, registered land surveyor, dated June 26, 2017 and being more particularly described as follows: To find the Point of Beginning start at the intersection of the centerline of Patillo Road and the northerly right of way line of Gardner Road; thence South 26 degrees 29 minutes 31 seconds East, 267.68 feet to an iron pin set and the Point of Beginning; thence North 81 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds East. 630.97 feet to a rebar found; thence South 51 degrees 46 minutes 52 seconds West, 405.67 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 81 degrees 16 minutes 25 seconds West, 239.96 feet; thence North 19 degrees 26 minutes 41 seconds 203.78 feet to an iron pin set and the Point of Beginning. This parcel being a portion of the 7.7 acres conveyed to Atta G. McCord and Harry L. McCord by Quitclaim Deed recorded in Deed Book 10358, Page 179, Henry County, Georgia records.
