Walker to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns dated 2/24/2010 and recorded in Deed Book 11664 Page 315 and modified at Deed Book 12950 Page 207 Henry County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. s/b/m to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $291,127.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Henry County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on December 3, 2019 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 176 of the 2nd District, Henry County, Georgia, Lot 23, Phase III (A/K/A POD 0 Phase 1) of the Links at Heron Bay Subdivision, as per Plat of record in Plat Book 43, Pages 142 through 151, Henry County, Georgia Record, which plat is specifically incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference for a more complete and accurate description.
