NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER HENRY COUNTY, GEORGIA Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Mark R. White and Jeanette D. White to Homesouth Mortgage Corporation, dated June 28, 1996, and recorded in Deed Book 2345, Page 314, Henry County, Georgia Records, subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded July 17, 1998 in Book 2960, Page 33 in the amount of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Two and 12/100 ($130,962.12) Henry County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust by assignment recorded on January 17, 2019 in Book 16261 Page 239 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Henry County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Two Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($134,200.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Henry County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on July 2, 2019, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 27 of the 12th District of Henry County, Georgia, being Lot 5, Block B, Arbor Cove Subdivision, Unit Three, per plat of survey by David C. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
