COVINGTON — Bert Adams Scout Camp held a grand opening and dedication of its new Leadership Village on Saturday, April 27. The Leadership Village features 10 state-of-the-art cabins designed to accommodate camp counselors, volunteers and Scout families. Nestled on a peninsula along Camp Bert Adams Lake, the Leadership Village offers modern amenities and picturesque waterfront views.
Established in 1960, Bert Adams Scout Camp has been a cornerstone of Scouting programs and camps for metro Atlanta, serving tens of thousands of campers over the decades. The addition of the Leadership Village represents a significant milestone in the camp's history, further enhancing its ability to support and enrich the Scouting experience for all who visit.
