Hanging baskets, whether used outdoors on patios, decks and terraces, or indoors, are a delightful way to introduce color, interest, and beauty to any space. While single-plant baskets were the norm, the trend of mixed baskets has gained popularity, offering a diverse and visually appealing arrangement of plants.

Plastic hanging baskets are inexpensive; however, for a more natural look, you may want to use moss and coco fiber. Plants in moss and coco baskets can dry out fast, though, and require more water often if they are large and in a drafty place. To retain a natural effect while helping hold moisture, you can put a black plastic liner inside the moss liner and poke holes in it.
