Otis Rector

Mr. Otis Eugene Rector of Morrow passed away April 16, 2009 at the age of 66. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 19, at 2:30 p.m., at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors with Pastor Herbert Hamilton officiating.
