The Georgia High School Association state baseball playoffs begin Friday and the Southern Crescent is going to be well-represented as Clayton County is sending three teams and Henry County five teams.
This is the most teams I have seen go to the post-season since I joined the News-Daily and Daily Herald sports staff in 2000.
