I just received an e-mail from a renowned organization to advertise their worthy products and services.
The problem was that the message had my predecessor's name on it. She hasn't been here since 2003. I've had many dealings with that organization since 2003, so it sort of sticks in my craw that they can't update their list at least every so often.
