New York is taking Amazon to court over claims that the company has failed to provide sufficient protections for its workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

New York is taking Amazon to court over claims that the company has failed to provide sufficient protections for its workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the complaint filed in state court Tuesday, New York Attorney General Letitia James argued that Amazon violated labor law with its "deficient" response to the pandemic.
