McDONOUGH As SPLOST IV discussions come to a close, District III Representative John Smith proposed nearly $20 million be allocated toward transportation projects despite one city councilwomans objections.

McDonough City Councilwoman Sandra Vincent stood before the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax committee Thursday evening arguing the number of transportation projects listed is disconcerting.
