AUBURN, Wa. Funeral arrangements have been announced for a Stockbridge soldier killed in Afghanistan.

Sgt. Eric Timothy Lawson, 30, was killed along with a fellow soldier July 27 when an improvised explosive device and small arms fire destroyed their vehicle while the two were supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Ghazni Province, Afghanistan, according to the U.S. Department of Defense.
