Hampton celebrates 20 years as Tree City

The City of Hampton recently re-certified as a USA Tree City, a 20th Anniversary for the city's participation in the Georgia Forestry Commissions program to promote and sustain tree life in cities around the state.

During the Hampton City Council meeting Tuesday, Beryl Budd, a Georgia Forestry Commission Community Forester presented the governing board with signage and a flag denoting Hamptons 20th year as a Tree City.
