Hampton Honors Officers Injured By Mass Shooter

HAMPTON — July 15, 2023 was a tragic day in the history of the city of Hampton.

On that day, four Hampton residents — Scott and Shirley Leavitt, Ronald Jeffers and Steve Blizzard — lost their lives in a mass shooting in the Dogwood Lakes subdivision.
