A Hapeville woman was arrested Wednesday after a deprivation hearing revealed that she, allegedly, had nearly starved her baby to death, and allowed others to abuse him, according to warrants filed with the Clayton County Magistrate Court.

Rachel Sylvia Mitchell, 30, is being held without bond in the Clayton County Jail.
