McDONOUGH — Henry County Government is hosting a job fair to fill more than 100 positions.

The fair will be held May 12 from noon to 7 p.m. at the Jason T. Harper Event Center at Heritage Park in McDonough.

Harold Cooper, director of Human Resources for Henry County, is always looking for talented individuals to join the workforce.

“With more than 30 county government departments, we look to recruit the brightest and best to fill a variety of positions,” said Cooper.

With over 100 vacancies that are ready to be filled, more than 30 Henry County departments will be represented, including the county’s court system and public safety departments. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared as individuals will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews.

“My best advice is to come prepared to interview and dress for the job you want, not the one you have,” said Henry County HR Rrecruiter Mishara Murrell Sharp.

Registration is strongly recommended for this event, and those interested can register at henrycounty-ga.com/HR.

Jason T. Harper Event Center is located at 95 Lake Dow Road in McDonough.
