McDONOUGH — Eighteen-year-old Dashon Burns happily collected photos with her sister to commemorate the hallmark moment.

Burns and three dozen other young people were celebrated Thursday during a commencement ceremony hosted by Connecting Henry’s nonprofit SWAG Program. The acronym stands for “Students Working to Achieve Greatness.”
