STOCKBRIDGE — Pastor Spencer O’Neal had a bright spirit that is missed by many in the Henry County community.

State Rep. Regina Ward is among those who was touched by O’Neal’s legacy for community engagement. It is a memory that continues on for Ward, who recounted the sorrow she felt after hearing of the Stockbridge pastor’s passing in January 2021.
