LOCUST GROVE — Turnovers from visiting Eastside (4-2) helped Locust Grove (6-0) notch a convincing 42-13 win in the biggest game of the Wildcats’ season on Friday.

The Eagles came out strong on the first drive to open the game and were driving to the end zone before turning the ball over on a fumble to give the Wildcats the ball. After a couple of three-and-outs from both sides, Locust Grove running back Champ Leddon ran for a long drive to set up a Wildcat touchdown. Locust Grove quarterback Cameron Maddox ran in for the first score of the night.
