McDONOUGH – The McDonough Police Department is asking the public to be on the lookout for a runaway juvenile.

According to the department, on May 22, Damon Javon Gordon, 14, left his McDonough residence in an unknown direction sometime in the evening hours and has not returned.

Gordon is 6 feet tall, weighs 140 pounds and has short brown dreadlocks and brown eyes.

Damon also goes by the name “DJ.”

Anyone with information on the whereabouts on Damon is asked to contact the McDonough Police Department at (770) 957-1218 or Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-TIPS.

UPDATE: According to the McDonough Police Department, Gordon was found safely.
