McDONOUGH —The Henry County Retired Educators Association will kick off its new membership year Aug. 20 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Henry County Government Annex Community Room, 116 S. Zack Hinton Parkway in McDonough.

The guest speaker will be Henry County Board of Commissioners Chairman Tommy Smith. All retired educators are invited to attend. There will be a question and answer session.
