McDONOUGH — Matthew Baker, Jr., the second suspect facing murder charges in connection with the October fatal shooting of four young people at a home on Moccasin Gap Road, was bound over to Henry County Superior Court Wednesday to await consideration by a grand jury.
Henry County Magistrate Court Judge Robert L. Godwin determined after a preliminary hearing that there was probable cause for Baker, 19, to go before a grand jury for possible indictment on four charges of malice murder and three charges of aggravated assault in the Oct. 27 shooting.
