To the Editor:

In regards to the article on April 23, concerning Norfolk Southern train delays, I am one of the many motorists who have experienced long and probably unnecessary delays. There have been times when I have approached railroad crossings in time to witness the train stopping, and there was not one person inspecting the railcars.
