I'm afraid some people shy away from the word "Saved," because they don't understand what it really means, or they may think, saved from what?
They don't feel they need to be saved from anything, or that they need to change their lifestyle or their way of living. The word is almost always associated with the church and certainly with Jesus Christ, as He is the Savior of all people and the only hope of eternal life.
