Authentic edged heavy favorite Tiz the Law in a thrilling stretch duel to give trainer Bob Baffert a record-tying sixth Kentucky Derby victory at Churchill Downs on Saturday in a race that was postponed four months because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tiz the Law, the 3-5 favorite, was attempting to claim his second Triple Crown race of 2020. He won the Belmont Stakes on June 20.
