Union Grove looks to be under-performing early this season according to the Henry Herald Power Rankings.

McDONOUGH - The boys basketball season is well underway in Henry County but through the early half of the season, many teams are still looking for their identity.

The first installment of the Henry Herald basketball power rankings are also brought up into the equation.

Although McDonough High and Strong Rock are classified as not-rated this week, the rankings reflect many other teams.

Non-Henry County program Jones County High sits in the top position of the rankings. Dutchtown slots into the second position just ahead of Eagle's Landing High but a surprise team snuck into the top-five early this season out of Luella High School.

Hampton and Stockbridge are tied in the early rankings.
