Iowa State guard Tyrese Haliburton is entering the 2020 NBA Draft.

He is expected to be a high draft pick, perhaps among the top five players selected.

Haliburton is recovered from a fractured left wrist and ready to participate in any element of the pre-draft process the NBA opts to hold. It's possible during the league's coronavirus hiatus that the NBA combine, scheduled for May 21-24, will not take place.

Haliburton, who turned 20 in February, averaged 15.2 points, 6.5 assists, 5.9 rebounds and 2.5 steals in 36.7 minutes per game in the 22 games he played last season.

Head coach Steve Prohm said when Hailburton was injured that the sophomore guard was NBA ready.
