Eagle’s Landing Christian head football coach Jonathan Gess was named Tuesday as the Touchdown Club of Atlanta’s D.L. Claborn Coach of the Week.

Gess received the honor after his Chargers opened the season with a 14-0 win over Woodward Academy, ranked third in Class AAAAA.
