U.S. captain Tiger Woods on Tuesday named Fred Couples, Zach Johnson and Steve Stricker as assistants for the 2019 Presidents Cup, scheduled for Dec. 9-15 in Melbourne, Australia.
Woods has the option to name a fourth assistant captain prior to the competition at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club.
