State Court of Henry County receives award for clearance rate excellence

McDONOUGH — Local residents need not ever worry whether they’ll get their proverbial day in court. That’s because the Henry County State Court received word earlier this month from the Judicial Council of Georgia that it had received a 2022 Clearance Rate Excellence Award.

The award recognizes the top 10% of courts in each class across Georgia that demonstrate exceptional performance in maintaining high clearance rates, a key indicator of a court’s ability to effectively manage its caseload and avoid backlogs.
