Alleged victim fires on two robbery suspects at Stockbridge apartment complex

STOCKBRIDGE — Henry County police said an alleged robbery victim shot the two men he said tried to rob him late Thursday night.

Capt. Joey Smith said police went to Ashley Woods Apartments in Stockbridge about 10:30 p.m. in response to a shooting. They found two wounded men in their late teens. One was shot in the chest, the other in the leg, said Smith. Both were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.
