Personal challenges prompt local man to help others in need

HAMPTON — On a Sunday afternoon last May, Joe Fuller wasn’t feeling well.

The Emory University student was visiting his parents in Hampton that weekend. He decided before heading back to school that he would go to the doctor to get checked out.
