STOCKBRIDGE — The regulations for property within Multi-Family Residential (MFR) districts in Stockbridge will be updated after the Planning Commission approved modifications to the city’s development code. The changes approved in the meeting on Sept. 19 include updating the development standards for townhome and multi-family units, as well as the district standards.

New development standards for MFR districts include requiring Flock cameras to be installed at the entrance of the townhomes; providing multi-use paths of 10 feet along property frontage and 8 feet for paths inside the development; and including a central garbage facility within the development.
