McDONOUGH — Two proposed county budgets were presented the county Board of Commissioners Thursday for the 2016 fiscal year which begins July 1.
One budget was drafted by County Manager Jim Walker, and another by commission Chairman Tommy Smith, who has the responsibility of submitting a budget, according to state law.
