McDONOUGH— The first two weeks of early voting in the presidential primary have seen a larger turnout in Democratic ballots cast in Henry County compared to the early voting during the 2012 presidential primary.

Though early voting doesn’t end until Friday, Democratic ballots have already more than tripled the amount of total Democratic ballots received during the three-week early voting period in the 2012 primary. President Barack Obama in 2012, however, was an unopposed Democratic candidate.
