“Fred” Notti found safe in Forest Park

The missing spouse of a McDonough city councilmember, who was the subject of a Matties Call Monday night, was found safe in Forest Park, hours after the call was issued.

Frederick Fred Notti was reported missing and endangered, Monday at 6:30 p.m., by his wife, Gail. She told police she was concerned because she had not seen her husband since 2 p.m., the same day. He was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease in 2004, said his wife. He was located by Forest Park Police during a traffic stop on Forest Park Parkway.
