Harold Russell Riggs, 70, of McDonough, Georgia passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 7, 2005.

Russell was born November 7, 1934 in Swansboro, North Carolina. He served three years in the United States Army and served on the Douglas, Arizona Police Department. Russell retired from the Forest Park, Georgia Fire Department at the rank of lieutenant after twenty-seven years of service. He also retired from the Avis Rent – A – Car Organization.
