The Henry County Board of Education, at its May meeting, approved the purchase of new STEM equipment for elementary classrooms.

The latest of a series of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) investments by the school board includes fossil kits, digital microscopes, temperature probes, and other manipulatives at the elementary level, providing these students with hands-on learning experiences and equipping recently established school-based STEM labs with proper resources to enhance student learning.
