McDONOUGH – The Henry County Extension Office is holding its Walk-a-Weigh program to help residents better understand eating habits and learn ways to prevent or reduce risks for chronic diseases.

The Walk-a-Weigh program is eight weeks long and costs $15 to participate. Each session includes a short presentation, a taste test of a low-calorie recipe and time to exercise.
