McDONOUGH — Twenty-three acres on Patillo Road have been rezoned to build a new subdivision.

The request was made by Mandalay Properties Inc. to rezone from Residential Agriculture to Single-Family Residential. According to county officials, the request falls in line with the Future Land Use Map designation as well as the county’s Unified Land Development Code.
