MCDONOUGH — While the colder weather this time of year drives some people indoors, the Henry County Water Authority (HCWA) is offering opportunities for the public to enjoy outdoor recreation by fishing at its reservoirs on select weekends this winter, despite the falling temperatures.
The Tussahaw Reservoir and Upper Towaliga Reservoirs is reopening this weekend (Dec. 8 to 10), as well as the weekends of Jan. 12 to 14, and Feb. 9 to 11.
