MCDONOUGH — Henry County government hosted its fourth SPLOST VI Committee meeting Tuesday at Heritage Senior Center in McDonough.

Several Henry County staff members — including Fire Chief Jonathan Burnette, Public Works Cluster Lead Roque Romero, SPLOST Assistant Director Bert Bivins, Capital Projects Director Lynn Planchon, Animal Care and Control Director Captain Michael Hobgood and Leisure and Public Services Cluster Lead Jonathan Penn — all made presentations highlighting potential road and capital projects the special purpose local option sales tax could fund if approved by voters.
